  • 12 medium potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Cook potatoes, mash and add everything except paprika and chives.

    Beat until smooth.

    Add chives, bake in lightly greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
