- 4 to 5 c. spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. lasagna (uncooked)
- 1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced thin
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, sauteed
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, spread about 1 cup sauce.

2Arrange a layer of uncooked lasagna; top with some sauce, ground chuck, 1/2 of Ricotta, 1/2 of Mozzarella, 1/2 of Parmesan and repeat layers. Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.

3Cool 15 minutes and serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
