   shave entire bar of soap into container add water take fork and wisk to frothy rub on sore, or infected hair ,poison oak ivy sumac and so on this will draw the infection or poison out.

   for sore or infected hair put on gauze and cover change as needed it will pull infected liquids from wound or sore.
