- 3 each egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 each soda crackers rolled into very fine crumbs
- 1 cup pecans chopped
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff; add baking powder.

2Add sugar slowly then add the vanilla.

3Mix this with the cracker crumbs and pecans and pour into a 9 inch greased pie pan.

4Bake in a 350F (180C) oven for 30 minutes.

5Let cool and top with sweetened whip cream or cool whip.
