- 1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 c. lemon-lime soda
- confectioners sugar for topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the confectioners sugar; mix well and pour into the baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, slice and serve. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
