  • 500 grams Chicken
  • 60 milliliters Soy Sauce
  • 35 milliliters Instant Coconut Milk
  • 375 milliliters Water
  • 3 sheet Bay leaf
  • 1 sprigs lemongrass was destroyed
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 clove Red Onion
  • 3 piece Candlenut
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander
  • 2 piece Ginger
  • 3 pieces curly chili

    Step1 : Clean the chicken, use a fork so that the spices soak, set aside
