- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- onions 1 sm.
- 2 tablespoons butter or shortening
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 chicken stock cubes
- 1/2 cup potatoes cooked
- 7 ounces tuna
- 2 eggs hard boiled
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in butter until soft.

2Blend in flour.

3Add milk, then bouillon cube.

4Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.

5Stir in tuna, eggs and potatoes.

6Pour in unbaked pastry shell.

7Cover with pastry; cut steam vents.

8Bake in very hot oven for 10 minutes.

9Then reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer.
