Ingredients

  • 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 15 grams Sugar
  • 3 grams Salt
  • 5 grams Skim milk powder
  • 2 grams Instant dry yeast
  • 60 grams Creamed corn
  • 82 grams Water
  • 20 grams Unsalted butter
  • 45 grams Corn kernels

Directions

    Knead all ingredients except for the ones marked with .

    Once everything has kneaded together add the butter and knead together.

    Knead in the whole corn evenly, and allow to first rise until its size doubles.

    Once the dough is complete, divide into 8 pieces and let sit for 15 minutes.

    Make into nice round shapes and allow for the second rise.

    Sprinkle with the strong flour and bake in the oven at 220C for 13 minutes.

    Soft and fluffy.
