  • 1 package (12 Oz. Size) Flatbread, I Used Kangaroo Brand
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Cut each flatbread into 6 wedges and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Brush the flatbread pieces with the oil mixture.

    Bake for 7 to 8 minutes until wedges are a light golden brown.
