Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted but not hot
  • 2 eggs (one for dough, one for top)
  • 6 c. unsifted flour (approximate)
  • coarse salt

Directions

    Mix the water, yeast, sugar, margarine, 1 egg and 3 cups of flour together.

    Then work in the remaining 3 cups as needed until the dough is stiff.

    Refrigerate the dough 2 to 24 hours.
