- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- kosher salt
Directions

1Soften dry yeast in warm water.

2Add salt, sugar and flour. Knead, then roll into ropes and twist into pretzel shape.

3Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse (kosher) salt.

4Let rise until desired size.

5Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
