- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. coarse salt or 1 tsp. caraway seed (or garlic salt or grated cheese)
Directions

1Beat egg white with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon water. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a bowl; let stand about 10 minutes.

2Add 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon salt and oil, and blend until smooth.

3Gradually stir in more flour to make a soft dough (approximately 1/2 cup).
