- 2 packets dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
- 1 egg
- coarse salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add honey, salt and flour. Knead the dough.

3Roll into strips and shape into pretzel form. Beat egg and brush on pretzel.

4Sprinkle with coarse salt.

5Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
