Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork ribs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can demi glace sauce
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 soup cube
  • 50 ml red wine
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 oil
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 4 potatoes (optional)
  • 1 can mushrooms (or fresh - optional)

Directions

    Cut carrot into slices, onion into wedges.

    Sprinkle salt & pepper on ribs.

    Heat oil and brown ribs.

    Add veggies and stir fry.

    When veggies coated in oil, add wine, water and demi glace.

    Bring to boil.

    Add soup cube and ketchup, then simmer.

    Skim off scum.

    Simmer 2 hours stirring every 15 minutes.

    Optionally, pan sear ribs, then put all ingredients in pressure cooker.

    Cook on high 30 minutes.
