Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork ribs
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 can demi glace sauce
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 soup cube
- 50 ml red wine
- 400 ml water
- 1 oil
- 1 salt and pepper
- 4 potatoes (optional)
- 1 can mushrooms (or fresh - optional)
Directions

1Cut carrot into slices, onion into wedges.

2Sprinkle salt & pepper on ribs.

3Heat oil and brown ribs.

4Add veggies and stir fry.

5When veggies coated in oil, add wine, water and demi glace.

6Bring to boil.

7Add soup cube and ketchup, then simmer.

8Skim off scum.
-
9Simmer 2 hours stirring every 15 minutes.

10Optionally, pan sear ribs, then put all ingredients in pressure cooker.

11Cook on high 30 minutes.
