  • 4 ounces grey sole fillets
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons clarified butter
  • 1 tablespoon frangelico liquor
  • 2 teaspoons hazelnuts, toasted

Directions

    Mix flour, salt and pepper to gether.

    Dredge filets in seasoned flour.

    Heat a non stick skillet with butter.

    Saute filets for about 2 minutes on each side- this depends on the thickenss of the filets.

    Pour Frangelico over fish.

    Serve immediately garnishing with toasted nuts.
