- 4 ounces grey sole fillets
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter
- 1 tablespoon frangelico liquor
- 2 teaspoons hazelnuts, toasted
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper to gether.

2Dredge filets in seasoned flour.

3Heat a non stick skillet with butter.

4Saute filets for about 2 minutes on each side- this depends on the thickenss of the filets.

5Pour Frangelico over fish.

6Serve immediately garnishing with toasted nuts.
