  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 3 tsp. chili powder
  • 16 oz. can red kidney beans with liquid
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • Fritos or Tostitos

Directions

    Brown meat and onions.

    Drain.

    Stir in catsup and chili powder.

    Puree beans in blender, then stir them in ground chuck. Heat through.

    Keep warm in fondue pot or chafing dish.

    Layer with cheese.

    Serve with Fritos or Tostitos tortilla chips.
