  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. extra hot catsup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans, mashed
  • 1/2 c. sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green olives

    Brown meat; add catsup, beans and the seasonings.

    Place in a chafing dish and layer the onion, cheese and olives on top.
