- 1 flour tortilla (6 inch)
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- 1/4 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Use 1-1/2-inch cookie cutter to cut hole in center of tortilla.

2Melt butter in small skillet on medium heat.

3Add tortilla and cutout; cook 2 min.

4on each side or until each is browned on both sides.

5Remove cutout from skillet; set aside.

6Slip broken egg into hole in tortilla; cover.

8or until egg white is set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness.
