  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 16 ounces, weight Can Kidney Beans
  • 1/2 cups Ketchup
  • 3 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/4 cups Black Olives Sliced
  • 1/4 cups Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Onion, Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream

Directions

    Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain.

    Add a 16-oz.

    can of kidney beans (with the liquid) to the skillet over medium heat.

    Mash the kidney beans into the beef with a potato masher.

    Add ketchup (you can use hot ketchup to add more spice), chili powder, and salt.

    Mix thoroughly and heat through.

    Place the meat mixture in the center of a large bowl, leaving room to add tortilla chips around the edge.
