Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 large, fresh Anaheim chile (fire roasted)
- 2 oz. can diced chilies
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 to 6 sprigs cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Fire roast the chile by placing it directly in the flame of gas burner or laying it on a electric burner.

2Rotate slowly until skin is darkened and blistered.

3Place on cutting board and scrape skin off.

4Skin should slide off easily.

5If not, place back in fire.

6Remove seeds and chop coarsely.

7Place tomatoes, chilies, onions and seasonings in blender for 30 seconds.

8Add cilantro and pulse for 5 seconds.

9Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill. Enjoy!
