- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)
- 2 c. American cheese (medium sharp)
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 2/3 c. finely chopped red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
Directions

1Melt cheeses together in the top of a double boiler over simmering water 5 to 10 minutes.

2Stir in green onions, red pepper and jalapeno pepper.
