- almonds, crushed (Badaam)
- cashews, churshed (Kaaju)
- 100 g low calorie sweetener
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons oil
Directions

1Heat the ghee or oil and roast the semolina in the oil until it turns light brown and it gives a nice aroma on a very sim/low heat.

2Add water and let it absorb.

3Add sugar and stir gently.
