  • 100 g semolina (Sooji)
  • 3 small green cardamoms (Ilaichi)
  • almonds, crushed (Badaam)
  • cashews, churshed (Kaaju)
  • 100 g low calorie sweetener
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Directions

    Heat the ghee or oil and roast the semolina in the oil until it turns light brown and it gives a nice aroma on a very sim/low heat.

    Add water and let it absorb.

    Add sugar and stir gently.

    Add nuts.

    Mix and take off heat.
