- 300 grams Wheat Semolina
- 250 grams butter
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp elatchi
Directions

1In pot on low heat, add Semolina until lightly brown

2Remove Semolina.

3In same pot, add butter until golden

4On low heat, add Semolina to melted butter.

5Drop in a cinnamon stick.

6Mix to a smooth texture

7Add boiling water until roughly 1 fingernails worth above the Semolina.

8Take off stove.

9Add the sugar and ground elatchi.

10Note: microwave elatchi to remove skin
