  • 300 grams Wheat Semolina
  • 250 grams butter
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp elatchi

Directions

    In pot on low heat, add Semolina until lightly brown

    Remove Semolina.

    In same pot, add butter until golden

    On low heat, add Semolina to melted butter.

    Drop in a cinnamon stick.

    Mix to a smooth texture

    Add boiling water until roughly 1 fingernails worth above the Semolina.

    Take off stove.

    Add the sugar and ground elatchi.

    Note: microwave elatchi to remove skin
