- 1 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Knead for 5 minutes.

3Let raise in covered bowl for at least 2 to 3 hours.

4Then roll dough about 1/8-inch thick.

5Then cut into squares or as big as you want them. Fry in Fry Daddy or at 375°.
