- 1/2 lb. sorrel leaves
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 c. chicken/meat broth
- 4 potatoes, cut in small pieces
- sour cream
Directions

1Fry an onion in olive oil until translucent.

2Add sorrel leaves and let melt until it forms a thick sauce.

3Heat broth in pot. Add potatoes; cook until they start to fall apart.

4Add the sorrel sauce. Whisk all until smooth. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
