- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
- 1 c. chicken bouillon
- 1 soup can skim milk
- 1 c. raw brown rice
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Mix soup and bouillon with milk.

2Add rice and mushrooms and pour into large nonstick casserole pan.

3Place chicken breasts in pan.

4Sprinkle with dry soup mix.

5Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
