- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef, crumbs and egg.

2In 2-quart oblong baking dish, firmly shape into loaf.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.

4Spoon off fat. Reserve 1 to 2 tablespoons drippings.

5In saucepan, combine remaining mushroom soup, water and reserved drippings.

6Heat, stirring occasionally.

7Serves 8.
