- 2 -2 12 cups large dried textured vegetable protein or 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can vegetable soup
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- hamburger bun
Directions

1If using TVP, and enough water just to cover and bring to boil.

2If using hamburger, fry in skillet until brown.

3Either way, cook until done, you may need to add more water to the TVP if it is still rubbery.

4When done, add 1 can undiluted vegetable soup, ketchup and mustard.

5Heat and serve on buns.
