Ingredients

  • 2 -2 12 cups large dried textured vegetable protein or 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can vegetable soup
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • hamburger bun

Directions

    If using TVP, and enough water just to cover and bring to boil.

    If using hamburger, fry in skillet until brown.
  3. 3
    Either way, cook until done, you may need to add more water to the TVP if it is still rubbery.

    When done, add 1 can undiluted vegetable soup, ketchup and mustard.

    Heat and serve on buns.
