  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. sour cream
