- 5 large apples tart
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) 9 inch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar granulated
- 13 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions

1Peel and cut apples into thick slices.

2Arrange slices in overlapping rows in pastry-lined pie pan; sprinkle with lemon juice.

3Mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly; spoon over apples.

4Spread sour cream over top.

5Bake in 350F (180C) oven 50 to 55 minutes until apples are tender.
