- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine - room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions

1Heat over 450°.

2Mix flour, soda, sugar.

3Cut in margarine until mixture resembles fine crumbs.

4Stir in sour cream.

5Turn dough onto lightly flowered surface.

6Lightly knead.

7Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.

8Cut with floured cutter.

9Place on ungreased cookie sheet 10 - 12 minutes.

10Makes 1 1/2 dozen - 2 inch biscuits.
