  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 stick Land O Lakes butter

Directions

    Combine flour with sour cream.

    Melt butter and pour into flour and sour cream mixture.

    Fold mixture together; will be moist.

    Sprinkle flour on mixture to help in rolling into biscuits.

    Roll into small balls and place in mini muffin pan. After preheating oven at 425°, bake for approximately 10 minutes. Yields 16 mini biscuits.
