- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 stick Land O Lakes butter
Directions

1Combine flour with sour cream.

2Melt butter and pour into flour and sour cream mixture.

3Fold mixture together; will be moist.

4Sprinkle flour on mixture to help in rolling into biscuits.

5Roll into small balls and place in mini muffin pan. After preheating oven at 425°, bake for approximately 10 minutes. Yields 16 mini biscuits.
