  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°. Combine butter, sour cream and cheese. Stir in flour. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into ungreased mini-muffin pans. Bake 15 minutes or until brown. Remove from pan immediately.
