Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies
  • 4 green onions
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 12 large flour tortillas
  • 1 chicken, boiled or baked

Directions

    Boil or bake chicken; pull off bones.

    Mix first 4 ingredients together for sauce.

    Place chicken in tortillas and 2 tablespoons of sauce.

    Add a little bit of cheese.

    Roll up and place in pan. Pour rest of sauce over enchiladas and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
