  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, grated

Directions

    Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into pan, bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
