  • 1 c. self-rising (white) cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix together and bake in greased pan at 400° for 1/2 hour (30 minutes).

    I use my 9-inch Pyrex pie pan.
