  • 1- 1/2 cup Chicken, Shredded
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese, divided
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 7 ounces, weight Canned Green Chiles
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic (or Garlic Powder)
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock Or Broth
  • 10 pieces Flour Tortillas

Directions

    Combine shredded chicken and 1/2 cup cheese in a large bowl.

    Spoon chicken/cheese filling into tortillas and roll and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 baking dish (all 10 will fit with some creative squeezing).

    Make sour cream sauce in the same bowl by combining sour cream, green chiles, garlic, and chicken stock.

    Mixture will be soupy.

    Pour over rolled tortillas.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese over the casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
