- 3 quarts. boiling water
Directions

1Bring water to a boil.

2Mix the corn meal with cool water to make it a watery texture.

3Then gradually pour into the boiling water while stirring.

4Cook till thick, stirring to keep from sticking.

5This can be used as a drink or possibly it can be eaten as a cereal by using less than 3 qts water.
