Sour Cream Pork Chops

- pork chops
- salt and pepper
- flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- whole cloves
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Season pork chops with salt and pepper; dredge with flour. Brown in margarine.

2Insert a clove in each pork chop and place in baking dish.

3In same pan where pork chops were browned, put sugar, water, sour cream, bay leaf and vinegar.

4Bring to boil; pour over chops.

5Tightly cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
