- 6 medium baking potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- chopped chives
- paprika
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Grease potatoes lightly; bake at 350° for 1 hour.

2Remove and cut in half long-ways and scoop out inside.

3Mash and add salt, butter, sour cream and chives; blend well.

4Re-fill potato shells and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

5Bake for a few minutes more until lightly brown.
