  • 3 sticks butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. soda

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar lightly.

    Add eggs, then sour cream. Mix salt and soda with flour and add slowly to mixture.

    Pour in greased tube pan and bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours.

    Cool in pan about 10 minutes.
