- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sweet whipped butter
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix butter and sugar; add one egg at a time, then mix again after each egg.

2Add salt and baking powder to flour.

3Mix well and add flour mixture and sour cream alternately.

4Mix well after each addition.

5Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

7Cool on rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.

8Based on 30 servings.
