- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- sesame seed
Directions

1Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.

2Cut in shortening.

3Add sour cream; mix well.

4Pat dough out on floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness.

5Cut into 6 to 8 biscuits. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

6Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
