- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1Heat sour cream.

2Add sugar, melted margarine and salt and stir to dissolve.

3Cool to lukewarm.

4In a large warm bowl, add 1/2 cup warm water and sprinkle yeast into water.

5When dissolved, add sour cream mixture, then eggs and stir in flour.

6Put batter in refrigerator overnight.

7Divide into 4 parts.

8Roll each section into round circle on floured surface.

9Cut into pie shaped wedges.

10Roll into crescent rolls.

11Put on greased baking sheet and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk.

12Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
