  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 lemon, juiced

    Mix onion, sour cream and lemon juice. Spread on fish.

    Bake for 30 minutes with 12 coals on the top and 10 coals on the bottom.
