Sour Cream Sugared Nuts

   Mix sour cream and sugar.

   Heat to 223°, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and nuts.

   Stir rapidly until mixture has coated nuts and sugared.

   Spread on trays and separate.

   Cool.

   Store in airtight container.

   Will keep several months.
