- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. Sourdough Starter
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and add oil into large bowl.

2Pour in Starter Mix to make a firm dough.

3Grease 12-inch cast-iron skillet with Crisco or equivalent.

4Pinch off balls of dough English walnut size and place in skillet in warm place.

5Let rise to at least twice size.

6Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
