  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. corn oil
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 6 c. or more flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Add oil and milk.

    Combine all other ingredients until mixed.

    You can use right away or store in a covered dish in refrigerator for up to 4 days.

    Roll out to desired thickness, cut and bake at 400° until brown.
