  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 7 c. flour
  • 1 or 1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 3 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Mix ingredients, blend well and cover tightly to store in refrigerator.

    Roll out required amount needed.

    Cut and bake at 450° for 12 minutes.

    It is not necessary to let rise.

    Dough will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
