  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. potato flakes

Directions

    Dissolve water and yeast together.

    Add sugar and potato flakes. Leave out all day, then refrigerate.

    Feed starter on the fourth day.
